Amy Beliveau

Amy grew up in Thomaston, Connecticut; a true New-Englander at heart. She spent most of her childhood enjoying all that Litchfield County has to offer. Everything from hiking and camping to boating and fishing. Today, she cherishes her time making memories with family and friends, and most of all playing with her beloved Australian Shepard-Collie mix.

After highschool, Amy ventured down South to Charlotte, NC. She enjoyed her time there working and meeting many memorable people, many of which taught her great life lessons. But it wasn’t until 5 years later, she decided she missed her family and life-long friends she had made over the years. Amy made the move back home to CT.

She became a Loan Officer Assistant with Benchmark Mortgage. Finding her true passion in mortgage, Amy worked her way up, getting Licensed as a Mortgage Loan Originator (NMLS 1967036). Amy now serves the entire state of Connecticut helping homebuyers obtain the American Dream of Homeownership.

With her previous experience in Retail Management, and Consumer Banking & Finance, Amy has developed a unique set of skills, setting her apart in today’s marketplace. Her background in Customer Service and Banking inform her mindful yet competitive approach within the ever-changing Mortgage and Real Estate Industries.

Amy coaches her clients from the very beginning with credit, budgeting, and saving tips, helping them get clear on their finances, goals, and ambitions before making the leap into homeownership. She understands that setting realistic expectations and providing an easy-to-follow plan yields a positive result for her clients, in an otherwise complex mortgage process.
